Resolution 12125 CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 12125 APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT TO THE ALAMEDA POLICE ASSOCIATION MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR THE EXTENDED PERIOD JANUARY 1, 1990 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 1992 WHEREAS, at the June 19, 1990 City of Alameda City Council meeting, the City of Alameda City Council adopted the Alameda Police Association Memorandum of Understanding for the period of January 1, 1990 through December 31, 1991; and WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this Council a proposed Supplemental Agreement to the Alameda Police Association Memorandum of Understanding for the extended period of January 1, 1990 through December 31, 1992 ; and WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda has fully examined said Supplemental Agreement to the Alameda Police Association Memorandum of Understanding for the extended period of January 1, 1990 through December 31, 1992 and thereby finds that the proposed supplemental agreement is in the best interest of the City of Alameda. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the position classifications, salary rates, salary ranges and salary steps set in the Supplemental Agreement to the Alameda Police Association Memorandum of Understanding are hereby designated as those applicable to the respective classifications in the service of the City of Alameda, effective January 1, 1990.
