Resolution 16321 CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 16321 ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR TRACT 8561, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE EXECUTED SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT WHEREAS, on September 15, 2020, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 15689 approving the Tentative Map Tract No. 8561 for the North Housing Project subdivision, upon which the Phase 1 Final Map is based to allow the subdivision of 11 lots on approximately 12.19 acres; and WHEREAS, On May 16, 2023, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 16049 approving the final map and bonds, authorizing the execution of a Subdivision Improvement Agreement (SIA), and accepting the offers of dedications and easements, subject to improvements, for Tract 8561, North Housing - Phase 1; and WHEREAS, Section 16, "Final Acceptance of Work," of the SIAs states that acceptance of the work on behalf of the City shall be made by the City Council upon recommendation of the City Engineer after final completion and inspection of all improvements; and WHEREAS, final inspection of the public improvements has been completed and deemed acceptable by the City Engineer; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Alameda hereby accepts the Public Improvements for Tracts 8561 in accordance with executed subdivision improvement agreement. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting assembled on the 16th day of September, 2025, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmembers Boller, Daysog, Jensen, Pryor and Mayor Ezzy Ashcraft — 5.
