Resolution 16343 CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 16343
APPOINTING NICK KSIAZEKAS TRUSTEE OF THE ALAMEDA COUNTY
MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT BOARD
WHEREAS, the City of Alameda appoints one member to the Alameda County
Mosquito Abatement District Board for a four-year term; and
WHEREAS, Nick Ksiazek participated in an interview process to represent the City of
Alameda on the Alameda County Mosquito Abatement District Board; and
WHEREAS, Nick Ksiazek was selected by Mayor Ezzy Ashcraft to represent the City
of Alameda on the Alameda County Mosquito Abatement District Board.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA THAT that the
City Council of the City of Alameda hereby appoints Nick Ksiazek as a member of the Board
of Trustees of the Alameda County Mosquito Abatement District, to represent the City of
Alameda, for a term beginning January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2030.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this resolution be forwarded to
the Board of Trustees of the Alameda County Mosquito Abatement District.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting assembled
on the 18th day of November 2025, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Boller, Daysog, Jensen, Pryor and Mayor Ezzy
Ashcraft- 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
