Resolution 16348 CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 16348
INCREASING THE FISCAL YEAR 2025-26 REVENUE AND
EXPENDITURE BUDGETS OF THE CONSTRUCTION
IMPROVEMENT FUND (C71400) BY $1,140,000
WHEREAS, the City of Alameda applied to and was awarded a SB1 grant through
the Ocean Protection Council; and
WHEREAS, the purpose of the SB1 grant is to develop a Bay Conservation and
Development Commission (BCDC) approved Shoreline Adaptation Plan meeting the
requirements of SB 272 (Laird).
WHEREAS, there is need to amend the Fiscal Year 2025-26 construction
improvement fund (C71400) revenue and expenditure budgets to accept the grant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby authorizes
the amendment of the Fiscal Year 2025-26 revenue and expenditure budgets of
Construction Improvement Fund (C71400) by $1,140,000
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting
assembled on the 2nd day of December 2025, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Boller, Daysog, Jensen, Pryor and Mayor
Ezzy Ashcraft— 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
