APPROVING WORKFORCE CHANGES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-26
WHEREAS, in order to ensure that the City has a workforce that is appropriately
allocated, classified and compensated, the following changes are proposed as part of
the Mid-Year Fiscal Year 2025-26 Budget Update; and
WHEREAS, in order to ensure positions are correctly allocated based on the
work being performed, it is recommended to upgrade two permanent positions to
permanent higher classifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Alameda that the workforce changes as outlined below are so modified, resulting in the
upgrade of two positions for the Fiscal Year 2025-26.
Alameda Municipal Power
o Upgrade one Procurement Analyst to one Senior
Procurement Analyst
o Upgrade one Customer Service Representative to one
Lead Customer Service Representative

regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a
special joint meeting assembled on the 3rd of March 2026, by the following vote to wit:
