APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT
NO. 1636, SUBMITTED BY GEORGE T. HANSEN.
WHEREAS, there has heretofore been filed with and approved by this Council
a tentative map of that certain proposed subdivision known as Tract No. 1636, and
WHEREAS, the subdivider of said Tract No. 1636, George T. Hansen, has
agreed to enter into a contract with the City of Alameda, agreeing to construct cer-
tain improvements upon said Tract and to post with the City Clerk of the City of
Alameda a faithful performance bond in the amount of $22,000.00 to guarantee per-
formance of said contract, and
WHEREAS, said subdivider has filed its Final Map of said Tract No. 1636
with this Council for approval,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA, that
the Final Map of Tract No. 1636 be and the same is hereby approved, subject to execu-
tion by the subdivider of the contract hereinbefore mentioned.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
adjourned regular Meeting assembled on the 13th day of September, 1955, by the
following vote, to wit:
