Mayor Johnson convened the Special Meeting at 6:17 p.m.
Councilmember Gilmore led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Roll Call - Present: Councilmembers Daysog, Gilmore, Kerr,
Matarrese and Mayor Johnson - 5.
Absent: None.

(04 -217) Written Communication from the League of California
Cities requesting designation of Voting Delegate for the League's
Special General Assembly Meeting.
Councilmember Kerr stated that a special meeting was called to
discuss whether the League should continue pursuing its initiative
to amend the State constitution to protect City's revenues or begin
negotiating with the Governor.
Councilmember Matarrese nominated Councilmember Kerr serve as the
delegate and Mayor Johnson be the alternate.
Vice Mayor Daysog seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous
voice vote - 5.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Johnson adjourned the
Special Meeting at 6:19 p.m.
