Mayor Johnson convened the special meeting at 5:40 p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Councilmembers Daysog, Gilmore, Kerr,
Matarrese and Mayor Johnson - 5.
[Note: Councilmember Gilmore was present via
teleconference from Stanford Sierra Camp, 130
Fallen Leaf Road, Fallen Leaf, California.]
Absent: None.
The special meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(04 -415) Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated litigation;
Initiation of litigation pursuant to subdivision (c) of Section
54956.9; Number of cases: One.
(04 -416) Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated litigation;
Significant Exposure to Litigation Pursuant to Subdivision (b) of
Section 54956.9; Number of cases: One.
Following the closed session, the special meeting was reconvened
and Mayor Johnson announced that regarding Initiation of
litigation, direction was given to legal counsel; and regarding
Significant Exposure to Litigation, direction was given to legal
counsel.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Johnson adjourned the
special meeting at 8:45 p.m.
