Mayor /Chair Johnson convened the Special Joint Meeting at 7:15 p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Councilmembers /Authority Members Daysog,
Gilmore, Kerr, Matarrese, and Mayor /Chair
Johnson - 5.
Absent: None.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(04 -420) Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation; Name
of case: McGee v. City of Alameda.
Following the Closed Session, the Special Meeting was reconvened
and Mayor /Chair Johnson announced that the Council/ Authority
members instructed Legal Counsel that any potential conflict of
interest between Alameda Reuse and Redevelopment Authority and the
City Council is waived.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor /Chair Johnson adjourned the
Special Joint Meeting at 8:18 p.m.
