Mayor Johnson convened the special joint meeting at 7:10 p.m.
ROLL CALL - Present: Councilmembers Daysog, deHaan, Gilmore,
Matarrese and Mayor Johnson; Board
Members Bonta, Chen, Franz, Flores - Witte,
Hanna, Hollinger Jackson, Wasko - 12.
[Note: Councilmember Daysog could not stay for the
entire meeting due to a scheduling conflict.]
Absent: None.
AGENDA ITEM
(05 -318) Work Session to discuss 2004 Board accomplishments and
goals; workgroup accomplishments and 2005 work plans for the
Assessment and Awareness Workgroup, Family Services Workgroup and
Sister City Workgroup; and Board directions for coming year.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Mayor Johnson adjourned the
special joint meeting at 9:10 p.m.
