Mayor /Chair Johnson convened the Special Joint Meeting at 9:24 p.m.
ROLL CALL - Present: Councilmembers /Authority Members Daysog,
deHaan, Gilmore, Matarrese, and
Mayor /Chair Johnson - 5.
Absent: None.
CONSENT CALENDAR
(06 -052) Recommendation to approve a Joint Operating Agreement for
Various Alameda Point Collaborative Housing Projects and a First
Amendment and Assignment Agreement for Spirit of Hope I Project at
Alameda Point. Accepted.
Vice Mayor /Authority Member Gilmore moved approval of the staff
recommendation.
Councilmember /Authority Member deHaan seconded the motion, which
carried by unanimous voice vote - 5.

There being no further business, Mayor /Chair Johnson adjourned the
Special Joint Meeting at 9:25 p.m.
