Board members Bangert, Holmes, McCahan,
City Manager and President McCormick - 5.
Absent: None.
AGENDA ITEM
(06 -098) A Study Session was held to discuss Alameda Power &
Telecom's telecommunication business.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Mayor Johnson adjourned the
Special Joint Meeting at 8:15 p.m.
