Mayor Johnson convened the Special Joint Meeting at 7:20 p.m.
ROLL CALL - Present: Councilmembers deHaan, Gilmore,
Matarrese, Tam and Mayor Johnson;
Planning Board Members Cook, Ezzy
Ashcraft, Kohlstrand Parsons, Lynch,
Mariani, and McNamara - 11.

Absent: Planning Board Member Cunningham - 1.
AGENDA ITEM
(07 -245) Work Session to discuss Planning Board Accomplishments,
Future Planning Projects, and Planning Board Activities
Speakers: Bill Smith, Alameda; Mike Sheppard, Alameda; Chris
Buckley, Alameda.
The Planning and Building Director provided handouts on the
Planning and Building Department work program and provided a brief
presentation.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Mayor Johnson adjourned the
Special Joint Meeting at 9:45 p.m.
