Mayor Johnson convened the Special Meeting at 8:50 p.m.
ROLL CALL - Present: Councilmembers deHaan, Gilmore,
Matarrese, Tam, and Mayor Johnson - 5.
Absent: None.
(07 -578) Charter Revision Workshop.
Council reviewed and discussed proposed revisions; the Senior
Assistant City Attorney provided an Annotated Charter incorporating
ideas and suggestions received.
Bill Smith, Alameda, discussed micromanagement.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Johnson adjourned the
Special Meeting at 11:02 p.m.
