REAPPOINTING ADRIENNE LONGLEY-COOK AS A MEMBER OF THE
CITY COMMISSION ON DISABILITY ISSUES

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to
Section 2-17.2 of the Alameda Municipal Code and Ordinance No. 2931, and upon
nomination of the Mayor, ADRIENNE LONGLEY-COOK is hereby reappointed to
the office of member of the Commission on Disability Issues of the City of
Alameda for a term commencing on July 1, 2009, and expiring on June 30, 2013
and to serve until her successor is appointed and qualified.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda during the Regular
Meeting of the City Council on the 16th day of June, 2009, by the following vote to wit:
