APPOINTING LORRE ZUPPAN AS A MEMBER OF THE
CITY PLANNING BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to the
provisions of Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon nomination of
the Mayor, LORRE ZUPPAN is hereby appointed to the office of member of the
Planning Board of the City of Alameda for the term commencing August 8, 2009, and
expiring on June 30, 2013 and to serve until her successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda during the Special
Joint Meeting of the City Council, Alameda Reuse and Redevelopment Authority and
Community Improvement Commission on the 3rd day of August, 2009, by the following
vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers deHaan, Gilmore, Matarrese, Tam
and Mayor Johnson - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT. None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
