RESOLUTION NO. `9
APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE OPERATING BUDGET
AND APPROPRIATING CERTAIN MONEYS FOR
THE EXPENDITURES PROVIDED IN FISCAL YEAR 2000 -07.
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to and filed with this Authority
at this meeting, a budget representing afinaneial plan for conducting the affairs of
the Alameda Reuse and Redevelopment Authority for the fiscal year beginning
July 1, 2000 and ending June 30, 2007 attached hereto as Exhibit A, and
WHEREAS, the Authority has considered this spending plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ALAMEDA REUSE
AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY that said budget as submitted to this
Authority at this meeting, and each and every part thereof, be, and .the same is
hereby approved and adopted as the operating Qudget.for the Alameda Reuse
and Redevelopment Authority for the fiscal year. 2000 2007, and. that the
expenditure of the various sums of money the provided to be spent for salaries
and gages, maintenance and operation, and capital outlay listed in detail .are
hereby approved and authorized in total as the appropriations for the fiscal y ear
ending June 30, 2007.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted and passed by the Governing Board of the Alameda
Reuse and Redevelopment Authority in regular meeting assembled on the
5'141 day of J U 2006, by the following vote to grit:
