Mayor Johnson convened the meeting at 6:10 p.m.

The Special Joint Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to
consider:
(09 -426 CC) Conference with Labor Negotiators; Agency negotiators:
Karen Willis and Craig Jory; Employee organizations: All Bargaining
Units; and
(09 -426 CCA) Conference with Labor Negotiator; Agency negotiator:
City Council Subcommittee; Employee: Interim City Manager.

Following the Closed Session, the Special Joint Meeting was
reconvened and Mayor /Chair Johnson announced that regarding All
Bargaining Units and Interim City Manager, the City Council
received a briefing regarding labor negotiations and provided
direction to negotiators; and regarding Alameda Point, Real
Property Negotiators provided an update on the negotiations with
SunCal and direction was on negotiations was provided.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor /Chair Johnson adjourned the
Special Joint Meeting at 10:00 p.m.
