CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 14394
REAPPOINTING TERRI BERTERO OGDEN AS A MEMBER OF THE
CITY RECREATION AND PARK COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to
Section 2 -7.1 of the Alameda Municipal Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor,

TERRI BERTERO OGDEN is hereby reappointed to the office of member of the
Recreation and Park Commission of the City of Alameda commencing October 20,
2009, and expiring on September 30, 2013.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda during the Regular
Meeting of the City Council on the tot" day of October, 2009, by the following vote to
