APPOINTING PHILIP TRIBUZIO AS A MEMBER OF
THE CITY TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to
provisions of Section 2-8 of the Alameda Municipal Code, and upon nomination of the
Mayor, PHILIP TRIBUZIO is hereby appointed to the office of member of the
Transportation Commission of the City of Alameda for a term commencing on July 6, 2010,
and expiring on June 30, 2014, and to serve until his successor is appointed and qualified.

regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda during the Regular
Meeting of the City Council on the 6th ay of July, 2010, by the following vote to wit:
