CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 14493
APPOINTING NANCY LEWIS AS A MEMBER OF THE
CITY LIBRARY BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to
the provisions of Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon
nomination of the Mayor, NANCY LEWIS is hereby appointed to the office of
member of the Library Board of the City of Alameda to fill the unexpired term of
Kristy Perkins commencing October 5, 2010, and expiring on June 30, 2013, and
to serve until her successor is appointed and qualified.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda during the Regular
Meeting of the City Council on the 5th day of October, 2010, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers deHaan, Gilmore, Matarrese, Tam
and Mayor Johnson - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
