Mayor Johnson convened the meeting at 6:32 p.m.
Roll Call — Present: Councilmembers deHaan, Gilmore, Matarrese, Tam and
Mayor Johnson — 5.
Absent: None.
The meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(10 -464) Conference with Legal Counsel — Anticipated Litigation (54956.9(b); Number of
Cases: One.
(10 -465) Conference with Legal Counsel — Existing Litigation (54956.9(a); Name of
Case: Ottaviano v. City of Alameda. Not heard.
Following the Closed Session, the meeting was reconvened and Mayor Johnson
announced that regarding Anticipated Litigation, the City Council received a briefing
from Legal Counsel; no action was taken.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Johnson adjourned the meeting at 7:05 p.m.
