REAPPOINTING JUDITH LYNCH AS A MEMBER OF THE
CITY HISTORICAL ADVISORY BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Cit y of Alameda that
pursuant to the provisions of Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and
upon nomination of the Mayor, JUDITH LYNCH is hereby reappointed to the office
of member of the Historical Advisory Board of the City of Alameda for the term
commencing December 7, 2010, and expiring on June 30, 2014, and to serve until
her successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda during the Regular
Meeting of the City Council on the 7th day of December, 2010, by the following vote to
