CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 14517
APPOINTING STUART RICKARD AS A MEMBER OF
THE CITY HOUSING COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to
the prows ons of Subsection 2-12.2 of the Alameda Municipal Code, and upon
nomination of the Mayor, STUART RICKARD is hereby appointed to the office of
member of the Housing Commission of the City of Alameda for the term
commencing on December 7, 2010, and expiring on June 30, 2014.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda during the Regular
Meeting of the City Council on the 7th day of December, 2010, b y g the following vote to
wit:
AYES: Councilmembers deHaan, Gilmore, Matarrese, Tam
and Mayor Johnson - 5.
