CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO, 14530
APPOINTING JESUS VARGAS AS A MEMBER OF
THE CITY TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to
provisions of Section 2 -8 of the Alameda Municipal Code, and upon nomination of the
Mayor, JESUS VARGAS is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Transportation
Commission of the City of Alameda for a term commencing on December 21, 2010, and
expiring on June 30, 2014.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda durin g g the Regular
Meeting of the City Council on the 215t day of December, 2010, by the following vote to
wit:
AYES: Councilmembers deHaan, Gilmore, Matarrese, Tam
and Mayor Johnson - 5.
NOES: None.
