To repeal an ordinance entitled Ordinance no. 34 calling and providing for a special election
to be held for the purpose of submitting to the voters two certain propositions for incurring
a bonded indebtedness amount in the aggregate $500,000 for certain permanent municipal
improvements $200,000 for the acquisition and consturction of wharves, docks, piers and
slips and quays
bulkheads dredging and filling
$300,000 for the construction of new school buildings
election date April 14, 1915
