Amending section 758 of chapter x of the ordinance number 1, new series, known as the punicipal code of the city of alameda, approved january 14th, 1913 by re-enacting said section as amended; and probhibiting persons from appearing on the public streets in bathing dress without being properly covered with robe, and alsoproviding for the leaving of bath houses open at night for the purpose of ventilation.
