Repealing ordinance no 11 new series, "creating a recreation commission in the city of alameda and placing under the control of management of said commission all playgrounds and recreation facilities now and hearafter acquired or owned by the city of alameda, and providing for the maintenance of the same. adopted and passed on teh 27th day of june, 1913, and approved on the 30th day of june, 1913
