Section 1. That subdivision 13. , sub-
division C and subdivision .:7 ,of ordi-
nance No. 35, New Series, adopted and
passed by the Council on the 30th day
of March, A. D. 1.91.5, be and the same
are hereby y rep ea:led.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in
force and take effect immediately,
