Amending section 254 of the municipal code relative to fees for connecting sewers
Section 1. Section 254 of the Mui i-
cipal Code of the City of Alamo4
is hereby amended to read. as f01
lows
Sec. 254. FEES FOR CONNECTING:
SEWERS: The following fees are
l'icreby fixed, and. established for the
work of constructing and complet-
ing all house connecting severs be-
tween the street sever and the prop-
erty line: For unimproved streets
the sung of 'Twenty (20). .Dollars;
for macadamized.. or gravel streets
the sung of Thirty. (39) Dollars; foz
asphalt or b itumen paveinents the
sum of Thirty (39) Dollars, together
with an additional fifty (50) cents.
per square foot of surface disturbed
and restored. The fees above men-
tioned shall be in full payment for
all the work and inaterial neceessary
to install such louse connecting
sewers from tine street sewer to the
property line and the necessary ex-
cavation and restoration of th.e
stn u and shall be paid into. the
Street Fund.

of the City of Alameda this 19th
day of April, 1921.
