An Ordinace orderiing, calling and providing for and giving notice of a special election to be
held in the city of Alameda, State of Californina, on Tuesday, March 11, 1924, for the
purpose of submitting to the qualified voters of said city a proposition to incur a bonded
debt by said city for the acquisition of school grounds and completion of Lincoln School.
