RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY-
(Southwest earner of 'Versailles
avenue and Fernside Boulevard)
Be it ordained by the council of
the city of Alameda as follows:
Section 1. The .property described
as follows:
Beginning at the intersection
of the west line of Versailles
.avenue with the south line of
Fernside Boulevard, ru nning
thence southerly along said line
of Versailles avenue, 85.75 feet;
thence at right angles westerly
146:5 feet; thence at right
angles northerly and parallel
with Versailles avenue 80 feet
niore or 'less, to the southern
dine of Fernside Boulevard,
thence along said southern
line of Fernside Boulevard
141.2 feet, more on less, to the
west line of Versailles - avenue
and point of beginning,
is hereby changed and reclassified
from a Residence District, Class 1,
to a Business - District, Class <111.
