RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
(Southeast corner of Central avenue.
and 'Willow street)
Be it ordained by the council of
the. ((city of Alameda as follows:
Section 1. The property described
as follows:
"Commencing at the point of
intersection of the southern line..'
of ("ventral avenue with the east-
ern line of Willow street; and
running thence easterly, along
said line of Central avenue, one
hundred and fifty (150) feet;
thence southerly, "parallel with '
said line of Willow street, one
hundred and forty (140) feet,
thence westerly, 'parallel'- with
said line of Central avenue; one
hundred and fifty (150) feet, to
said eastern line of Willow
street; and thence northerly,
along said line of Willow street,
one hundred and forty r (140)

feet to the point of commence-
ment,
is 'Hereby changed and reclassified
from a Residence = District, Class 1,
to 'a Business District, Class III,
in order that a 2- story %class "A"
building to be used by the Pacific
Telephone and Telegraph'.' Company,
for business purposes may be con-
structed and maintained thereon.
