Reclassifying Property
(South side of Buena Vista avenue
100 feet east of Jay Street,)
Be it ordained by the Council of
the City of Alameda as follows:
Section 1. The property described
as follows:
Lot 25x106, situated on the
south .side of Buena Vista, ave-
nue, about 100 feet east of Say
street, thence : easterly 25 feet,
is hereby changed and reclassified
from a Residence District, Class I,
to a Business District, Class III,
in order that a building to be used
as a restaurant may be constructed
and maintained thereon.
