RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
(South side of, Santa -Clara Avenue,
140 feet east of Webster Street).
Be it ordained by the council of
the city of Alameda:
Section I. The property described
as follows:
Commencing at a point on the
southern line of Santa - Clara
Avenue, distant thereon east -
erly 140 feet from the inter -
sectitui thereof with the east -
ern line of Webster street,
running thence easterly 50
feet; thence southerly 133 feet,
8:. inches; '..thence - westerly:' 50
feet; thence northerly 133 'feet,
8 inches to the point of 'com-
meneement,
is hereby changed and reclassified
from a Residence District; Class 11,
glances Ordinance No. 310
New series
to a Business District, Class IV, in
order that a public meeting hall
may :'b " constructed - and- maintain-
ed thereon.
