Section 2 Section` 4 of said Ordinance No. 273 (New Series) is hereby amended to read as follows, viz; Section` 4. The line of railroad tracks, the right to construct, main- tain and operate which over and along certain streets, :alleys and highways is hereby °granted, is New Series (Continued) shown in so far as such streets, alleys ..and highways are concerned: with the exception ofsuch portions of said line as will constitute the extension beginning at a point in the center line of Clement Avenue near Minturn Street and ending in Sherman Street where said street terminates at the Segregation Line, upon the map ,entitled "Track -Map showing ;.portion ':.of Alameda Belt Line, Alameda, „Alameda County, California;" bearing date, November 17; 1924: a copy: of which was filed on the '20th day of January, 1925, in the office of the City Clerk of the City ;of Alameda; and as to such extension is shown on the map' en- titled "Alanieda Belt Line from'Cle- inent Avenue to Sherman Street, Alameda,,' California," bearing date May Ist; 1926, a copy of which was filed on the 11th` day. of May, 1926, in the office of the City Clerk' of the City of Alameda. Section 3 This ordinance'- shall 'take effect thirty {34) days from and after its final passage. Adopted and passed by the Coun- cil of the City of Alameda, this 18th dray of May, 1926.
