Amending section 1 of Ordinance No. 195, N. S., "Providing
for the regulation and licensing of airplanes, seaplanes,
hydro planes, balloons and other aircraft in the city of
Alameda." so as to require all aircraft whether housed in the
city or elsehwhere to be subject to the regulations of said
Ordinance No. 195 N.S.
