Section. Lincoln Avenue in the
Cit of Alameda, from the easterl
line of Park Street to the westerl
line of Gibbons Drive, is hereb
desi and established as a
throu hi or boulevard.
Section 2. The Chief of Police of
the Cit of Alanieda is hereb or-
dered to erect and maintain traffic
stop si which shall conform as
to material, shape, letterin and all
other particulars with the re
ments of the Vehicle Code of the
State of California, on both sides of
s id Lincoln Avenue at all inter-
al
sectin streets, from, the easterl
line of Park Street to the westerl
line of Gibbons Drive.
Section 3. After the erection of
said stop si it shall be unlawful
f or the owner or operator of an
vehicle to drive or cause the same
to be driven upon or across said
Lincoln Avenue, at an of said in-
tersections, without first comin to
a f ull stop at the entrance of said
avenue,
Section 4. Ever person violatin
an of the provisions of this or-
dinance shall be g uilt y of a mis-
demeanor, and upon conviction
thereof shall be punishable b a, fine
of not to exceed Three Hundred
Dollars ($300,00), or b imprisonment
for a period of not to exceed six
(6) months, or b both such f ine
and imprisonment.
Section 5. This ordinance shall
