Be it ordained by the Council of
the City of Alameda, as follows
Section 1. The property in the
City of Alameda, State of California,
described as follows:
COMMENCING - at a point on
the Southerly line of Alameda
Avenue, distant thereon 250 foot
Easterly from the point of inter-
section thereof with the ;easterly
line of Chestnut Street, as said
Avenue and Street - are shown on
the map hereinafter referred to;
running tlien.ce Easterly along said
line of Alameda, Avenue, 50 ,feet;
thence :at right - angles Southerly
150 feet - thence -at right . angles
Westerly 5o feet; a.nd thence at
right angles Northerly 150 feet to
the point of commencement.
