Amending section 19 of an ordinance entitled an ordinance establishing districts or zones and regulating therein the use of property height of buildings and required open spaces for light and bentilation of such buildings and repealing all ordinances in conflict therewith including ordinances no 227 319 338 excepting however the zone map heretofor adopted by ordinance no 227 and referred to in section 1 hereof as amended
