An ordinance authorizing execution of an indenture and agreement on behalf of the City of Alameda with Southern Pacific Company, conveing to the City of Alameda certain wharves, piers, slips and railroad tracks, and granting to Southern Pacific Company a revocable non-exclusive right to the use thereof and leasing certain tidelands in the City of Alameda to Southern Pacific Company.
