Mayor Gilmore convened the meeting at 6:10 p.m.
Roll Call — Present: Councilmembers Bonta, deHaan, Johnson, Tam and Mayor
Gilmore — 5.
Absent: None.
The special meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(11 -141) Public Employment (Government Code Section 54957); Title: City Manager
(11 -142) Conference with Labor Negotiators; (Government Code Section 54957.6);
Agency Designated Representatives: Mayor Marie Gilmore, Vice Mayor Rob Bonta;
Unrepresented Employee: City Manager
Following the Closed Session, the special meeting was reconvened and Mayor Gilmore
announced that regarding Public Employment, the Council provided direction; and
regarding Conference with Labor Negotiators, Council provided direction to the
negotiators regarding salary parameters.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Gilmore adjourned the meeting at 6:55 p.m.
