Mayor /Chair Gilmore convened the meeting at 11:16 p.m. ROLL CALL - Present: Councilmembers /Authority Members /Commissioners Bonta, deHaan, Johnson, Tam and Mayor /Chair Gilmore — 5. Absent: None. CONSENT CALENDAR Councilmember /Authority Member /Commissioner Tam moved approval of the Consent Calendar. Councilmember /Authority Member /Commissioner Johnson seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous voice vote — 5. [Items so enacted or adopted are indicated by an asterisk preceding the paragraph number.] ( *11 -175 CC/11 -01 APFA/11 -019 CIC) Minutes of the Regular APFA Meeting Held on September 7, 2010; and the Special Joint City Council, Alameda Reuse and Redevelopment Authority, and CIC Meetings Held on March 15, 2011. Approved. ( *11 -176 CC) Resolution No. 14562, "Approving the Issuance by the Community Improvement Commission of Tax Allocation Housing Revenue Bonds." Adopted; ( *11 -020 CIC) Resolution No. 11 -181, "Approving Documents and Actions Related to the Issuance of Tax Allocation Housing Revenue Bonds to Assist in the Financing of the Acquisition and Rehabilitation of the Rental Housing Facility Located at 2428 Central Avenue and Approving Creation of Two New Accounting Funds." Adopted; and ( *11 -01 APFA) Resolution No. 11 -23, "Authorizing the Purchase and Sale of Tax Allocation Housing Revenue Bonds of the CIC, and Approving Other Matters Related Thereto." Adopted.
