Ordinance 0872ORDINANCE N0.812 NEW SERIES. AN ORDINANCE ADDING A NEW CHAPTER, NUMBERED 8, TO TITLE VII OF THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO BICYCLES. Sheet No. 2 Alameda City Ordinances ; 87 � for a period of not more than six (S ) Months, or by both such f ine and imprisonment. In addition to the penalty hereinabove set forth, the Police Department of the City of Alameda, or any of the members thereof, may impound and retain possession of any bicycle operated In violation of any of the provisions of this article, and retain posse sion of the same until the license provided for herein is obtained by the owner of said bicycle.
