AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC-
TION 17-342 OF THE ALAMEDA
MUNICIPAL CODE BY 'ADDING
SUBDIVISIONS (4) AND (5)
THERETO
BE IT ORDAINED 1,Y rTHE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALA-
MEDA as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 17-342
of the Alameda Municipal Code be,
and is hereby, amended by adding
thereto subdivisions (4) and (5),
which said subdivisions shall read
as follows:
"M On that portion of the south
side of Santa Clara Avenue fr�xm a
point 141 feet westerly from the
west line of Oak Street to a point
388 feet westerly therefrom.
On that portion of the north side
of Santa Clara Avenue from a point
190 feet westerly from the west line
of Oak Street to a point 339 feet
westerly therefrom.
(5) On that portion (if both sides
of Santa Clara, Avenue between the,
easterly line of Everett Street and
the westerly line of Broadway."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall
be in fu 11 force and effect from and
after the expiration of thirty (30)
days from the date of its final pas-
sage.
