AN ORDINANCE RECLANSSIFYING
PROPERTY BY ADDING SEC-
TION 37 TO ORDINANCE NO.
725, NEW SERIES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF , ALA -
MEDA; as follows:
SECTION 1.. Section 37 is hereby
added to Ordinance No. 725, New Se-
ries, to read as follows:
Sec. 37: The real property situated
in the City of Alaineda; County of
Alameda, State of California, de-
scribed as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the
southerly line of Santa Clara
Avenue distant 1.41.60 feet west
of Fifth Street; thence running
along said southerly line of
Santa Clara Avenue 895 feet to
the easterly line of Fourth
Street; thence at right angles
southerly along said easterly
line of Fourth Street for a dis-
tance of 142 feet; thence at
right angles easterly on a line
drawn parallel to Santa Clara
Avenue for a distance of 895
feet; thence at right angles
northerly for a distance of 1.42
feet to the point of commence -
inent;
BEGINNING at a point on the
northerly line of Santa Clara
Avenue, distant 1.25 feet :west of
Fifth Street; thence northerly
7.44.25 feet; .thence ,it right an-
gles westerly on a. line drawn
Parallel to Santa Clara. Avenue
for a distance of 567.50 feet;
thence at right angles southerly
92.75 feet; thence at right an-
gles westerly for a distance of
295.3:3 feet to the easterly line
of Fourth. Street; thence at right
angles southerly along said
easterly line of Fourth Street
51.50 feet to the northerly, line
of Santa Clara Avenue; thence
at right angles easterly along
said northerly line of Santa
Clara Avenue for a distance of
862.83 feet to the point of com-
meneement;
is hereby taken out of the "A -1"
One - Family Dwelling District and
reclassified to and placed in the
"B" Two -to -Four Family Dwelling
District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and
after the expiration of thirty (30)
days from the date of its final pas-
sage.
