AN ORDINANCE AMEDING SEC-
TION 12 -323 OF ARTICLE 2,
CHAPTER 3, TITLE XII, OF THE
ALA MEDA MUNICIPAL CODE,
RELATING TO HOURS OF CON -
DUCTING PUBLIC DANCES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALA -
MEDA as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 12 -323 of
Article 2, Chapter 3, Title XII, of
the Alameda Municipal Code is here-
by amended to' read 'as follows:.
Sec. 12 -323. ;Houra. It shall be
unlawful for any person to corn,
duct a public dance between the
hours of 1 o'clock "a.m. and 6
o'clock a.m. and it shall be un-
lawful for any person to partici-
pate in or be present. at a pub-
lic dance between said hours.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and
after the expiration of thirty (30)
days from the date of its final
passage.
