AN ORDINANCE, AMENDING THE
ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY
ADDING SUBDIVISION (19) TO
SECTION 17-342 RELATING TO
TWO-HOUR PARKING, AND BY
REPEALING SECTIONSECTION 1.7-451 0F
ARTICLE 5, CHAPTER 4, TITLE
XVII, AND ADDING A NEW
SECTION NUMBERED 17-451 RE-
LATING TO RIGHT TURNS
AGAINST TRAFFIC SIGNALS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF TIT E' CITY OF ALA-
NIUDA as follows:

the Alameda, Alanicipal Code be, and
is hereby, amended by adding there-
to subdivision (19), which shall read
a.s follows:
(19) Lincoln Avenue, on the
northerly side thereof, between
the easterly line of St. Charley
:street and a point 137 feet (_
erly therefrom; and on the
southerly side of Lincoln Ave-
nue between the easterly line of
St. Charles Street and a point
1,24 feet easterly therefrom
SEWTION 2, Section 17-451 of Ar-
ticle 5, Chapter 4, Title XVIT, of the
Alameda Municipal Code is hereby

SECTION 3. The Alameda Muni-
cipal Code is hereby aniended by
adding to Article 5, Chapter 4, Title
-XV11, thcy a new section num-
b( 17-451, which shall read as

It shall lie unlawful for the
driver of any vehicle traveling
in a 'Westerly direction on En-
cinal. Avenue to drive such ve-
bicle to the right and make a
right hand turn against the red
traffic sifpla,l at the intersection
of Encinal Avenue and ShernU�.Ln
Street.
A sign shall be erected on the
"Ortlierly side of Enclual Ave -
nue al ' or near the intersection

of Eninal Avenue and Sherman
Street.
