AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE
BY AMENDING SECTIONS
3-5416 AND 3-5417 OF ARTICLE
4, CHAPTER 5), TITLE III,
THEREOF
BE IT ORDAINEDBY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALA-
MEDA as, follows:
SECTION 1, That Sections 3-5416
and 3-5417 of Article 4, Chapter 5,
Title III, of the Ahuneda Municipal
Ck , de are hereby amended to read
a- follows:
Section 3-5410, Time of Delitt-
All taxes due
November Ist, if unpaid, are de-
1hiquent December "Ith at 5 o'cloul"
p. in., and thereafter a delinquent
penalty of 6% attaches to them.
Section 3-5417. Swine — Secoud
Unit. The second half of taxes on
real property, if unpaid, is delin-
quent April 20th at 5 o'clock 17. rn.,
and thereafter a delinquent penalty
of 6% attaches to it.
SECTION 2. This ordinarice shall
be in full force and effect from amd
