AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE
BY AMENDING SECTION 3-5421
OF ARTICLE 4, CHAPTER 5,
TITLE 111, THEREOF
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 2-5421
'OF Article 4, Chapter 5, Title III, of
the Alameda Municipal Code, hs
hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 3-5421. Colleetion of
Cost of Preparing Delinquent
Holt njad List. After the second
half of taxes on real property is
delinquent, the Tax Collector
,;hall collect a cost of One ($1.00)
Dollar for preparing the delin-
quent roll and published delin-
quent list on each separate va,l-
uation on the secured roll of:
(a) Real property, except pos-
sessory interests.
(b) Possessory interests.
(c) Personal property.
The cost shall be collected even
,bough the property appears on
the rol.1 due to a special assess-
nient and no valuation of the
property is given.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and
after the expiration of thirty (30)
days from the date, of its final pas-
, ;age.
